For years we did the same thing every festival - hold a fan all day, jam a phone and wallet into pockets that had no room, and spend half the night reaching back to check nothing had been lifted. The lineup was unreal. But we were spending it managing our gear instead of feeling the music.

Every bag we tried was built for something else - hiking, commuting, the gym. None were built for fans, crowds, pickpockets, or a 3-day rave.

So we stopped adapting to gear that was never made for us, and built the one we always wished existed.
