Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer must provide return postage fee.
  • No returns on sale items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable items, digital downloads, and any items marked as final sale.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ravepack.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a promotional item with your purchase, you must return the promotional item as well to be eligible for a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [Inquiries@ravepack.com].
