Shipping policy
The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Your Order
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during high volume periods or holidays, processing times may be delayed slightly.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 14-20 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or high traffic seasons.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Australia-wide and also internationally at additional costs. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ravepack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@ravepack.com.au with your order number and details of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ravepack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
8. International Shipping
We also offer international shipping. Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional charges for customs, taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Shipping Policy Changes
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
