Shipping
– Standard shipping Australia Wide is $9.95 2-4 Days delivery time – FREE shipping for orders $100+ Australia wide.
– Express Shipping Australia wide is $14.95 1-3 Days delivery time.
– International shipping rates apply when shipping outside of Australia (Will be calculated at checkout).
* Please note shipping times are a guideline provided by Australia Post and may vary.
Exchanges
– If you wish to exchange your item for a different size this is not a problem, however the return postage cost must be covered by the customer. The item must be returned in new condition with zip lock bag and tags attached, within 7 days of the purchase.
– Please note we do not offer exchanges, refunds or store credits on SALE items, unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
– Orders outside of Australia we are only able to issue a “Store Credit” that may be used to repurchase once the return is received back to us.
Returns
– RAVEPACK only accepts refunds if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. All other returns will be issued store credit.
– We do not accept returns labeled ‘Return to Sender’.
Coupon Codes & Sales
– During a Storewide Sale coupon codes may be disabled. Once the Sale ends, all coupon codes will be live as per usual.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at [info@ravepack.com.au]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure and convenient payment.
