- Orders are sent to the fulfilment team straight after checkout, so orders can't be cancelled once placed.
- If the customer changes their mind, they can request a change-of-mind return once the item arrives (see the returns article). Returns are reviewed and approved by the Ravepack team.
- Only exception: if Ravepack can't send the order (for example an item has sold out), the team lets the customer know and refunds the order in full.
